The Role:

As part of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for carrying out end-of-tenancy cleans on MOD properties. You will typically clean 1–2 properties per day, depending on seasonal demand, across either North or South Catterick.

You will work as part of a team of two, with the ability to work independently when required. Duties will include general cleaning as well as deep cleaning tasks to ensure properties are returned to a high standard.

Please note, during busier periods you may also be required to support in other areas, including Newcastle and York.

Responsibilities:

*       Carrying out thorough end-of-tenancy cleans to ensure properties are returned to a high standard.

*       Duties include general cleaning such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, wiping down surfaces, and emptying bins.

*       You will also complete deep cleaning tasks including oven cleaning, descaling, internal window cleaning, and removing any built-up dirt or residue.

*       Ensuring all areas meet required cleanliness standards, following COSHH guidelines, and using cleaning products safely at all times.

*       Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am till 4.30pm

About You

*       Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

*       A strong team player who contributes positively to a collaborative work environment.

*       Flexible and reliable, willing to extend working hours when necessary to meet deadlines.

*       Domestic cleaning experience is preferred.

*       A good understanding of COSHH and safe use of cleaning materials is essential.
