The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Fire Supervisor to join our team delivering works across London and South London. You will oversee fire protection and fire stopping works across social housing, healthcare and high street programmes, ensuring safe, compliant and high-quality delivery across multiple active sites.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, responsible for coordinating teams, subcontractors and site activities, with a strong focus on fire doors, fire stopping and passive fire protection systems.

Working as part of a wider operational team, you will ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to the highest standards of compliance and workmanship.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise fire protection works including fire stopping, fire doors and associated passive fire protection systems

• Oversee site teams and subcontractors across multiple workstreams

• Ensure all works are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards

• Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety, Legal and Statutory requirements

• Act as the customer service champion on site, maintaining professional client relationships

• Carry out site surveys, including identifying remedial and completion requirements

• Produce and complete site documentation, reports and quality checks

• Attend and lead site meetings with clients, colleagues and subcontractors when required

• Ensure all works are delivered with zero defects and in line with specification

• Support management in delivering business and project objectives

About You

You are an experienced site supervisor with a strong background in fire protection or a relevant trade, ideally joinery, with proven experience supervising fire door and fire stopping installation teams. You are confident managing multiple workstreams and take pride in delivering compliant, high-quality work in live environments.
