Job description

Together, our divisions employ more than 2,500 people and support over 400 clients nationwide, delivering essential property repairs, maintenance, refurbishment, decarbonisation and building safety services that keep homes and public buildings operating at their best. As a Learning & Development Partner, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive support across all areas of learning and development. This includes driving compliance training, supporting a range of learning interventions, guiding apprentices, optimising the use of our Learning Management System, and leading targeted L&D projects and upskilling initiatives to enhance organisational capability.
This is a primarily office-based role in Stratford, with regular travel required to our offices and branches, and occasional visits to training and education providers nationwide. Flexibility and mobility are essential to effectively support our geographically dispersed teams.
What you’ll deliver
As a L&D Partner you will work as part of the L&D team, action business requests for required learning interventions, be it mandatory or other learning or professional qualifications. This role will also include:
Engaging with our internal customers and provide a Learning and Development service through different channels like email inbox, learning requests through the appraisal process, conversations and strategic business priorities.
Advising the business on effective learning solutions and book required training events.
Taking the lead on specific and potentially complex learning and development projects, e.g. upskilling in defined areas in line with business needs or legal requirements.
Designing and facilitating internal learning events to develop behaviours, personal and leadership skills as required.
Designing and deploying suitable online learning modules in collaboration with subject matter experts in the business.
Alongside team colleagues, use and manage the Learning Management System (Access EVO).
Providing specific, targeted support to our apprentices on their programs in cooperation with the Apprenticeship and Funding Manager.
About you
As a L&D Partner you will have;
Experience in working with different learner groups.
Managed wide portfolio of learning interventions.
Lead L&D related projects and reporting outcomes to senior stakeholders.
Worked in a multi-site business with both in person and remote working relationships.
Demonstrated a high degree of flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments.
Full Clean Driving Licence and ability to travel to sites across the UK
