Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, residents and site teams
Follow all Health & Safety procedures, building regulations and company policies at all times
Maintain company equipment, tools and materials responsibly
Travel between job locations, with flexibility for occasional overnight stays where required
About You
You’re a talented and motivated multi-skilled tradesperson with experience across several disciplines. You take pride in your work, have excellent problem-solving skills and always aim to deliver a high standard of customer service.
You’ll be confident working in occupied properties, able to manage your workload effectively and committed to ensuring customers are satisfied with the completed works.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative within property maintenance, repairs or refurbishment
