As part of the ongoing integration between Axis Europe and CLC, we are expanding our Service Desk leadership team. The Service Delivery Lead will oversee day-to-day operations for the AxisCLC user base, ensuring excellent service delivery through effective ticket management, SLA adherence, and team support.
This role will work alongside the existing Service Delivery Lead to maintain consistent standards, drive process improvement and automation, and support the smooth running of IT services across the Group IT function.
What You’ll Deliver
Lead operational oversight of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Azure to ensure secure, stable service delivery
Act as senior escalation point for complex identity, access and device management issues
Manage the Joiner, Mover, Leaver process to ensure timely, accurate and secure user lifecycle control
Deliver daily and weekly environment health checks, ensuring platform stability, compliance and service continuity
Maintain and improve security posture by enforcing least privilege access and removing inactive or orphaned accounts
Coordinate governance and compliance activities in line with Cyber Essentials and internal IT standards
Oversee backup integrity and update management across core infrastructure to reduce operational risk
Manage IT asset lifecycle, licensing and procurement activity to ensure cost control and accurate tracking
Drive automation and self-service improvements by developing knowledge base content and reducing manual effort
Collaborate with IT and cyber teams to coordinate incident resolution, change delivery and service improvements
About you
Bring experience in an IT Operations, Service Delivery or Senior Support role, supporting and improving live IT environments
Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune and endpoint management
Apply structured IT service management approaches using tools such as Halo or DevOps
Manage identity governance, access control and licence management across users and systems
Analyse service performance and produce reporting (e.g. Excel or Power BI) to support operational decision-making
Contribute to service improvement initiatives alongside day-to-day operational responsibilities
Work effectively across teams, engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Operate within environments aligned to cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards
Bring experience from similar operational or service-led IT environments (sector background flexible)
Hold, or be working towards, relevant certifications such as ITIL 4 Foundation (desirable)
